The Website aims to facilitate the posting of Listings and initiate contact between an Advertiser and a Visitor. As a Visitor, you will have the opportunity to communicate with an Advertiser by email to obtain more detailed information about a Property and, if applicable, to agree on the rental terms. Please note, however, that any transaction regarding a Property is solely between you and the Advertiser, to the exclusion of "FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL".

"FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL" is not the owner, operator, manager, administrator, or lessor of any Property advertised or displayed on the Website. Furthermore, "FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL" does not act as an agent, contractual agent, insurer, or representative of either the Advertiser or the Visitor. The services offered free of charge to the Visitor by “FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL” on the Website are limited exclusively to putting Visitors and Advertisers in contact through the distribution of Advertisements prepared by the Advertisers.

Any discussion, negotiation, promise or agreement regarding any conditions inherent in the rental of a Property is carried out directly between the Visitor and the Advertiser. Thus, any written or oral contract for the rental of a Property is concluded directly and exclusively between the Visitor and the Advertiser. “FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL” is a third party to this contract and does not intervene in it in any way whatsoever. Consequently, “FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL” does not benefit from any rights nor can be held responsible for any obligations in this regard. The Visitor hereby declares to understand the above and to waive any recourse against “FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL” relating to the interpretation, execution or intervention in any dispute concerning a rental contract for a Property entered into with an Advertiser. Requests of any nature whatsoever concerning the rental of a Property, including without limitation requests for cancellation, reimbursement, compensation, must also be addressed directly to the Advertiser. The Visitor undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify “FANTASTIC IMSOUANE SARL” from any claim in this regard.

The Visitor acknowledges that these Terms have the same effect and validity as if they had been personally signed by them.
